Hiatus

This is probably going to be an interesting post in the sense that it may jump all over.  After all, this post is about my thoughts of life and this blog and where I want to take it.

If you have followed my blog, you probably notice that I go through trends where I post, post, post, and then nothing for a period of time.  I think it's gotten worse since I made the Facebook page (like if you haven't yet!!!) because I can send out random blurbs on there easier than sitting down to make a nice coherent post on here.

I've come to a point where I have too many ideas for this blog.  I would love to post daily work outs and instructional videos.  I would love to post more healthy recipes that must be fool-proof if I can make them.  I would love to start a community of people who ask each other questions and for advice on health related issues.  I want to appeal to the women who just had babies and are desperately wanting to get back into their pre-pregnancy jeans.  I want to appeal to the baby boomers like my mom who may not know the first thing about where to start when it comes to working out.  I want to appeal to women who are already in great shape, but want to take it up a notch with intense interval work outs and weight training.  I guess I just haven't figured out how to be all of those things or if it is even possible.  Maybe what I should do is pick a day in the week to address a certain group?

I would LOVE for feedback on this!
